Woise builds voice agents that make and answer real phone calls. You design the call in a drag-and-drop builder, connect a phone number, and go live without talking to a salesperson.
The documentation covers all of it
Every capability on this page is written up in full: building a flow, connecting a system, bringing a number, and going live.
Buying voice automation has traditionally meant a sales call, a scoping document, and an integration project that outlives the problem it was meant to solve. The technology stopped being the hard part some time ago. Getting access to it did not. So Woise is built to be finished end to end by the person who needs it. You lay out the conversation as a flow, connect the systems the agent needs to read from and write back to, attach a phone number, and place a real call. All in one sitting, with no contract negotiation in the middle of it. That constraint decides the roadmap. If a capability cannot be reached without a sales conversation, it is not done yet.
An agent is only useful if it can act while the caller is still on the line. Woise agents look things up mid-call, offer the appointment slots that are genuinely free, and write the result back before the call ends, rather than queueing work for somebody to reconcile afterwards. The same applies to what happens when an agent reaches the edge of what it knows. A question it has no grounds to answer becomes a transfer or a callback, not a guess. Every call leaves a recording and a transcript you can read. Billing follows the same rule as the rest of the product: you pay for the minutes your agents actually use, metered from the calls themselves.
Point the agent at your own material and it answers from that, instead of improvising.
Upload PDFs, Word files, text or JSON. The agent quotes your handbook mid-call.
Give the agent tools and it reads and writes in the systems you already run.
It books the meeting, updates the record and opens the ticket while the caller is still on the line.
Nothing is lost after the call. Every run comes back as something you can read and audit.
A recording, a full transcript and a per-call outcome, kept for every run.
Agents with Org memory resolve tasks 4× faster.
Because they don't start from zero.
