DevOps Engineer

Responsible for the reliability, scalability and cost of the Woise platform on AWS, and for the release process across our US and India environments.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain the US and India production environments on AWS, including ECS services for the API, voice workers, chat and background processing, backed by RDS (PostgreSQL), ElastiCache (Redis), DynamoDB, S3 and Application Load Balancers.
  • Design, tune and maintain autoscaling for the voice workload, including warm capacity and connection draining, so that live calls are never interrupted.
  • Own the CI/CD pipeline in GitHub Actions: image builds to ECR, staged rollouts to each region, post-deployment verification and rollback.
  • Manage all infrastructure as code in Terraform and maintain parity between regions.
  • Monitor capacity, service quotas, alerting and cloud spend, and lead the response to production incidents.

Learning and growth

  • Production operation of real-time voice AI systems with strict latency and availability requirements.
  • Autoscaling strategies for long-lived, stateful connections.
  • Multi-region architecture across the US and India.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience operating production workloads on AWS, including ECS (Fargate or EC2), VPC networking, IAM and RDS.
  • Demonstrated experience with autoscaling, load balancing and zero-downtime deployments.
  • Working proficiency in Terraform, and in GitHub Actions or equivalent CI/CD tooling.
  • Strong Linux and Git skills.
  • Availability for an on-call rotation, including occasional out-of-hours support.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with WebRTC, SIP, media servers or other real-time communication systems.
  • Experience with CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana or comparable observability tooling.
  • Experience with AWS cost optimisation, including right-sizing, Graviton and Savings Plans.

Backend & Support Engineer

Responsible for resolving technical issues raised by customers, and for improving the Python backend that powers our voice agents.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical escalation point for customer support tickets.
  • Investigate failed or degraded calls using logs, recordings and metrics, and identify root causes.
  • Deliver bug fixes and backend improvements in Python, with automated tests.
  • Support new customer onboarding, including system integrations, phone number configuration and call testing.
  • Maintain runbooks and help-centre documentation, and contribute to production monitoring and incident response.

Learning and growth

  • End-to-end architecture of a production voice AI pipeline: speech recognition, language models and speech synthesis.
  • Structured debugging of distributed production systems.
  • Software engineering practices in a customer-facing, high-availability environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience with Python.
  • Hands-on experience with voice AI technologies such as speech-to-text, text-to-speech, large language models, real-time audio or telephony.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and REST APIs.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including with non-technical customers.
  • Availability for a support rotation, including occasional out-of-hours cover.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with FastAPI, asynchronous Python, Redis or AWS.
  • Experience with WebRTC, SIP or real-time voice pipelines in production.

Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Hyderabad office, and for supporting the team with scheduling, documentation and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administration, including facilities, supplies, vendors and visitors.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings and follow-up actions for the team.
  • Process and maintain invoices, expense records, contracts and other business documentation.
  • Coordinate hiring logistics, including interview scheduling and the onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain operational trackers and report on open items.

  • Run our weekly content calendar: schedule posts across every channel and keep it on track.
  • Reply to comments and messages, and pass real leads to sales quickly.
  • Follow our marketing playbooks, and suggest changes when something is not working.
  • Track reach, engagement and the traffic and signups social brings in, in a simple weekly report.
  • Work with the creative team so every post goes out on time.

Learning and growth

  • How B2B marketing works, from a post to a signup.
  • How to run marketing processes with scheduling and analytics tools.
  • How to read the numbers and decide what to post next.

Requirements

  • Freshers are welcome. We will teach you our processes.
  • Active on social media, with a feel for what makes a post work.
  • Good written English.
  • Organised, and comfortable doing the same process well every week.

Preferred qualifications

  • Any experience running a page or an account, for a brand, a college club or yourself.
  • An interest in technology or AI products.

  • Design and short-form video for a technology brand.
  • How to explain AI voice agents simply, to the businesses that buy them.

Requirements

  • Freshers are welcome. Show us things you have made: posts, designs, videos or reels.
  • A good eye for design, and curiosity about AI tools.
  • Good written English.
  • Happy to take feedback and iterate quickly.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with design or video tools such as Canva, Figma or CapCut.
  • Confidence on camera for short explainer videos.
