Woise vs Synthflow
Synthflow runs its own communications infrastructure and sells into enterprise and BPO, including white-labelled deployments. Woise is a drag-and-drop builder for teams who want to design and test the call themselves.
We make Woise, so read this as an interested party's account. Every statement about Synthflow below links to their own documentation and carries the date we last checked it. If something has changed, their source is the one to trust.
Who runs the telephony?
Woise
Woise does not sell phone numbers in the US today. You connect a phone number to your agent in the dashboard, and what is available depends on your region.
Synthflow
Synthflow runs its own: "Synthflow’s in-house telephony delivers sub-100 ms latency and carrier-grade reliability." It also accepts yours — "We integrate directly with your telephony or any SIP-based provider."

What compliance certifications does the platform hold?
Woise
No SOC 2, ISO 27001 or HIPAA attestation, and no BAA process.
Synthflow
Synthflow states it is "certified across SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and GDPR", and displays ISO 27001, EU Hosting and US Hosting badges.

Is there a white-label or agency programme?
Woise
Not today. Woise has no sub-accounts, per-client minute allocation or brand theming, so reselling it under your own brand is not supported.
Synthflow
Synthflow publishes white-label partnerships, including "A $230M multinational BPO operator partnered with Synthflow to modernize voice operations with white-labeled AI agents."

Choose Synthflow when
- You want phone numbers and telephony included in the platform.
- You need SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS or ISO 27001 on the platform. Woise holds none.
- You are an agency or BPO reselling under your own brand — Woise cannot do that yet.
Choose Woise when
- You want to hear every branch in the browser before a real call.
- Non-engineers need to change what the agent says without a deploy.
