What this check covers

This page asks the Woise API, from your own browser, whether it is answering. It reproduces your network path rather than ours, so it catches problems a check run from inside our infrastructure would miss.

It does not cover call quality, telephony carriers, or the speech and language providers an agent depends on — a call can fail while this check is green. And because this page is served by the same infrastructure it reports on, a total outage takes this page down with it. If it does not load at all, treat that as a stronger signal than anything it could have told you.

Uptime and incident history

An uptime percentage rendered from nothing would be a fabricated statistic on the one page whose value is being believed — so nothing is shown until the probes exist.
