Integrations
Connect the apps your business already runs on, then build tools on top of them.
An integration is a connection between your organization and an external app — Google Calendar, Gmail, HubSpot, Google Sheets and the rest of the catalogue. Connecting one grants access; it does not yet give a workflow anything to call. That takes two steps, and they are deliberately separate.
- Connection — the authorised link to the app, made once on the Tools page.
- Integration tool — one specific action on a connected app, defined like any other tool and attached to nodes.
Connecting an app
Browse the catalogue on the Tools page, filtered by category and searchable by name.
Confirm which app you are connecting
Choosing an app opens a confirmation naming it — Woise wants to connect to your HubSpot — before anything else happens. You always see which app is about to ask for access before a sign-in window opens.
Sign in on the app's own page
Continuing opens that app's sign-in in a popup. You authenticate there, on the app's own domain, never on a Woise-branded form. Woise stores the connection and never your password.
Check the status
Once the popup reports success, the app shows as connected on the Tools page. Disconnect it from the same place whenever you want.
Tokens for connected accounts are held by the integration provider rather than by Woise, and are fetched at the moment a tool runs. Nothing durable is stored on the Woise side but the fact of the connection.
Turning a connection into a tool
Create an Integration tool on the Tools page, pick the connected app and the action within it — create a Google Calendar event, add a HubSpot contact — and map its arguments from the call's context.
From there it behaves as any other tool: attach it to an Agent Node to call it mid-call, or to an Integration Action node to run it once after the call completes.
Connection statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Connected | Working; tools built on it will run |
| Pending | Authorisation started but not finished — usually the popup was closed early |
| Expired | The app's grant has lapsed and needs reconnecting |
| Error | The app rejected the connection, most often because access was revoked on its side |
Refresh the status or reconnect from the Tools page. A tool built on a connection that is not connected soft-fails the way any failed tool call does: the agent receives an error result and the call continues.

Common questions
What is Woise?
Woise lets you build AI agents that answer and make phone calls and chat on your website. You lay out the conversation on a visual canvas, try it in your browser, then connect it to a phone number.
Do I need a phone number to start?
No. You can build and test an agent in the browser without one. When you are ready, connect a phone number and choose which agent answers it.
How does billing work?
You pay for the minutes your agents use, from your credit balance. There are no seat fees and no per-agent fees, so an agent that is not taking calls costs nothing.
Which languages can an agent speak?
Agents can listen and speak in more than 40 languages, including English, Spanish, Hindi, Tamil and Arabic. You pick the language and the voice for each agent.
Can an agent connect to my CRM or calendar?
Yes. An agent can look things up and make changes in 26 apps, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Calendar, Slack and WhatsApp, while the caller is still on the line. You connect each app once.
Do I need engineers to build an agent?
No. Everything is built in a visual editor, so you can create and change an agent without writing code. If your team prefers code, there is also a REST API and an MCP server.
What happens to call recordings and transcripts?
Every call keeps a transcript and its outcome, and audio is only recorded if you turn it on. Only people in your account can see your calls, and your account lives in the region you chose when you signed up.
What do I have to set up or run?
None. We run the speech, the language models, the recordings and the phone connections, and scale them with your call volume. There is nothing for you to set up or keep running.
How do I reach the team?
